Is shipping free, and when will it arrive?

Yes. Shipping is free on every order, with tracking.

We process orders in 1 to 3 business days, then delivery takes about 7 to 10 business days, so allow up to 3 weeks. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. 

 

Need it for a date? Order at least 3 weeks before, so you have time to try it on at home with your outfit.

Will it roll down when I sit?

Getting the size right makes the biggest difference, because shapewear in the wrong size is what usually rolls. Use the size guide, and if you're between sizes, go up. If yours still rolls, tell us and we'll sort out a size swap.

Will it flatten my bum?

It isn't meant to. The Keep Brief is for smoothing your tummy, not flattening everything else. If it feels flattening on you, tell us and we'll help with a size swap.

Will I overheat in it?

Like any shapewear, it adds a layer under your outfit, so comfort will vary with the weather and what you wear over it.

How do I wash it?

Hand wash only. Don't bleach, iron or dry clean it.

Will it make me smaller?

No. It smooths your outline while you're wearing it, and that's all it promises. Your shape is yours to keep.

What if it doesn't fit?

The Keep Brief comes with a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you don't love it, contact us within 60 days of delivery and we'll refund you. Return postage is paid by you, unless your order arrived damaged or faulty. Your first order also includes one free size swap.

Can I mix colours or sizes in a pack?

Yes. In the pack picker, choose a colour and size for every pair. Mix Black, Dark Blue, Dark Purple, Light Purple, Rose Red, and Nude/Tan, in sizes XS to 5XL. Your chosen pairs appear individually in the cart, with the 50% pack saving automatically applied when you have at least four individual Keep Briefs.

What are the free gifts?
